To assist the successful implementation of the Solar Keymark, ESTIF has established a "Solar Keymark Secretariat". The secretariat is operated by the ESTIF Technical Consultant, Jan Erik Nielsen. The tasks of the secretariat are

• Maintaining this web site
• Communicating the Solar Keymark to manufacturers, certifiers, test labs, con-sumers, public authorities, project developers, etc.
• Drafting updates of the specific scheme rules when necessary (i.e. system product families).
• Maintain a record of third party bodies operating (within) the Solar Keymark Scheme.
• Maintain a list of documents used in the Solar Keymark Scheme (relevant EN-standards, scheme rules, CCB documents, …).
• Communication with CEN/CMC and CCB.
• Keeping ESTIF informed on Solar Keymark matters
• Participate in TC312 committee and Work Group meetings, representing ESTIF
