The SKN constituted a working group (WG) on the topic of the new and improved complaint procedure. This WG was constituted to deal with some important issues highlighted in previous discussions, namely at the last SKN meeting, regarding some gaps and unclearness in the current process for complaints. This WG, constituted at the last SKN meeting, shall be presented and discussed at the next SKN meeting,

This WG will hold webmeetings.  You can have access to the initial basis for discussion, a scheme of the process and the initial ESTIF input (all documents presented before the first webmeeting, on the 16/06).
