ESTIF takes part in EU VAT consultation

On 7 April 2016, the Commission adopted an Action Plan on VAT - Towards a single EU VAT area. The Action Plan provides clear orientations towards a robust single European VAT area and also sets out actions to adapt the VAT system to the needs of SMEs and proposes options for a modernised policy on EU rules governing VAT rates.

IEA Renewable Energy Working Party meeting in Paris

On Tuesday 28, ESTIF attended IEA Renewable Energy Working Party meeting in Paris on ‘scaling-up renewables through decentralised energy solutions’.

5th LabelPack A+ project meeting in Paris

Possible re-adjustments of actions related to the implementation of the Energy Labelling Regulations has been discussed at the 5th LabelPack A+ project meeting on 23 & 24 March in Paris hosted by ENERPLAN.

On 2 March a stakeholders’ meeting took place organized by PROSAFE (Product Safety Forum of Europe) in the framework of the EEPLIANT project to which ESTIF as leader of the LabelPack A+ project was invited to exchange experiences on the implementation of product and package labels of space and combination heaters in Europe.
