EU Strategy on Heating and Cooling: an update

The European Parliament is about to start debating on a Report on the Commission’s Strategy on Heating and Cooling. Energy Labelling: an update

The Member of the EU Parliament David Tamburrano, Rapporteur on the new framework for energy efficiency labelling, has succeeded in finding a synthesis between the nearly 700 amendments to the report by his colleagues in the ITRE committee.
